BBC has announced that a new iPlayer Client for the Nokia N96 phone is "coming soon" according to MobileTopSoft. QUOTE(MobileTopSoft) How many of you guys enjoy watching BBC programs while on the go? Well if Nokia also happens to be your favorite cell phone, go for the N96 smartphone. A BBC iPlayer is said to become available soon for the Nokia N96. Some sites claim that future N96 will come preloaded with the player while others say it will be available from BBC’s site. The iPlayer will not only play video files, but it will play audio too. Live streaming or downloading the programs is fully up to you. No other phones are mentioned but it’s likely that other S60 devices will be able to run the player. iPhone version has been around for a while, as well as other clients like Wii. So we should see it more widespread in the future. Are you looking forward to watch TV/listen audio from your N96? [Via: MobileTopSoft] -------------------- - Tony Sutton
