 D500 Data Cable, Need help with data cable

My mom bought a data cable for her D500 so that she could transfer songs from computer to phone only she or i can't work it.
Anyone know what i should do?

Have you tried using the CDROM that comes with the phone/cable?
Failing that - you can sign up to the samsung funclub and download the latest drivers and software smile.gif
