 Why my name/signature and avatar have warning?

Curious why my signature have a warning bar with 0% warning?

Look like I am someone terminated from using this website?

Any clue?

It's when it's more than 0% you need to worry wink.gif
Everyone can see their own warning bar and as long as you have not spammed, linked to warez sites been abusive to other members it will always stay at 0%.

Normally spammers will never get past 10% as their accounts get disabled.
