Yes the data packages are a bit rubbish. I'm on the £5 evening weekend package which seems to suit me fine. I usually spend about £1.50 on odd peak data but they have the Capped charge which means I can't go over £1.50. |

Ugh it's been a few days since the release of the iPhone. I'm sure some people with their crazily expensive flashy thin bricks have waved it in front of you and given you reasons why their iPhone is better than you're brick of a phone? This happened to me today, to and after showing him all the touchy stuff my Wizard could do and getting replies like "my iPhone can rotate the screen itself" weren't helping my argument. I then relied on the one thing all Windows Mobile phones have always been able to do. "but can you're iPhone do this!" *opens bubble breaker and starts playing* Him being a fan of bubble breaker on my phone made him fall silent. (: How boring was that story that I thought I would share! |

That is so peculiar. My Tornado was fine when I put it through the scanner, also my Wizard was as well and that had an active GPRS connection running as I was using WLM and Downloading some emails. Spooky. |

I Ran a search and nothing came up so I assume its safe to post! Arcade Reality. I was watching the Gadget Show today, yeh yeh I watched it a day late because I recorded it. Anyway they were talking about fighting toys/games, and one of the toys they demonstrated was a game called 'Arcade Reality' QUOTE How does it work? Game objects are overlaid on the live camera view (this technology is called Augmented Reality). When you turn around, your motion is calculated based on what is seen by the camera and the game view gets updated accordingly. As you can see, motion is the key. Unlike most games where you only train your fingers, you must actually move to play Arcade Reality! ![]() It looks SO fun! and I got excited untill I realised he was playing it on a Palm Treo which originally I thought was actually running windows mobile PAH! So after a bit of Google searching it looks like this game isn't available on Windows mobile but I SOO wish it was! Does anyone have any information about this game and if its going to be released on windows mobile or if there is a decent alternative too it? Thanks Sam |

bah! my plan of reverse phycology to make you think i hated it failed! *hides noel edmands poster* but the statement I mentioned above QUOTE Deak or no deal is a perfect example of the apparent "dumbing down" of modern television. Its just becoming so true! at least we can be thankful that its not a trashy reality tv show, although i expect we will see deal or no deal celeb winners singing and dancing whilst saying deal or no deal on ice! AHHRGH Whilst watching ugly betty an advert came on, wahoo one of my favourite shows (the friday night project) is going to be presented by bloomin noel edmonds! Sam |

Just your thoughts. Funnily enough I had to make a room 101 speach about this in english the other day, got an A! So thought id quickly copy it in and get your views and some insights about the show. A quarter of a million pounds 22 Ientical sealed boxes And no questions... except one - Deal or No Deal? First aired october 31,2005. It is presented by Noel Edmands. Instad of using questions to test a contestants knowledge, the show uses a series of random boxes to test the players luck and nerve. The program when watched for the first time seems to be an interesting new idea that has not beenused before. However after a few of these episodes are viewed you come to terms with how tedious the show reall is. All that seems to happen is a rather annoying contestant chooses boxes by calling out number and seeing which amount is inside whilst the viewer sits there bored as we can not take part by shouting answers at the TV Screen. Over 2 series there has only been one lucky top prize winner named Laura Pearce who one £250000 and regrettably 8 players got the minimum prize of 1p. The show has got so bad that contestants with extreme superstitions bring "lucky items" on with the to help them win the highest ammount possible, for example a contestant with a "lucky teabag" which on occassion the contestant will sniff. The teabag apparently helped a contestant win £87000, however it also brought bad luck leaving the contestand with £250. Deak or no deal is a perfect example of the apparent "dumbing down" of modern television. I dislike the show very much as it contains no intellectual content whatsoever and question if it is healthy that a show in which people simply randomly open 22 boxes to revel numbers is so popular. I find it very aggrovating that some contestants often talk about "having a feeling" about a box when in reality it is a game of complete chance and the only influence that any player can have on the game is through their decisions whether or not to accept the bankers offers. 99% luck, 1% playing the odds and not even that is enganging for me, even if Noel Edmonds comes across like opening each box is life or death. Sorry for rambling on like that, but i thought i would open a new discussion Sam P.S applogies for the terrible spelling! |

From a windows mobile point of view. Although Mac has the missing sync. Active sync is the software for windows mobile and what did I hear you complaining about on msn! the lack of support for .exe desktop installers! If it werent for the lack of decent support of windows mobile on a mac the mac would probably be quite good. Sam |

So Saddam has been sentenced to Hanging. What do you think? Should there be another punishment or does him being hanged suffice as a punishment. I think its an easy escape, I know he would not like to die but killing more people doesnt help and it seems like a simple but painful escape from everything for him. I think prison for ever personally. Thats my view What about yours? Sam |

Heya guys im in a bit of confusion! Heres the story Story: I have a C500 which I use when i go out late and use as a risky phone when I might possibly damage my smartphone or lose it. I cannot wear earphones as they seem to fall out my ears and the Orange ones supplied are complete crap anyway! I decided today that I would put a 2.5mm plug onto my Neckband headphones so I dont have to use an adapter because the 3.5mm to 2.5mm do not seem to fit in the socket properly (they keep unpluggin themselves What I have done so far: So far I have taken the 3.5mm plug off the neckband headphones and cut off the top off volume control and above of my orange earphones. I have stripped a few centemetres of wire off both neckband and earphones revealing the cables underneath! What I have got now: What next! I am so confused! I dont know what goes where! Please can someone advise me which wires to cut and which wires too connect. Thanks Sam |
