I've got the old web'n'walk (limited to 40 meg) on an unlocked SPV m500 (which comes with spb gprs monitor).

I use opera browser to limit amount of data and the only time I got close to exceeding it was when I tried out a third party push email application and it used up over 2 meg a day.

I have also noticed that spb gprs monitor always overestimates the amount of data I'm actually logged as using by t-mobile.

I'm sure, however, that when I receive my m3100 and unlock it for use on T-Mobile HSDPA, that the sheer speed will automatically mean I will be able to download more in a given time and hence send my data usage much higher.

Web'n'Walk is not restricted as regards Internet access: however no voip as you say - also if you want to use phone as modem, you'll need Web'n'Walk Pro bundle.

Rumour has it that Orange are now offering similar package to Web'n'Walk at ?8 pm

I spoke recently to a T-Mobile Customer services person, who assured me that, yes, before the price goes up to full price (month 10), I could indeed change to a Flext tariff.

He also reckoned I could change down to a lower value tariff than I'm on (I'm on Web'n'Walk 400 - full price ?55).
