Is use email (ckecks every two hours), Web surfing (mostly mobile forums!), download news headlines (once or twice a day) and download weather (every four hours). I use about 150 - 200 Mb per month. |

Best way to fight that is to use checks, money orders and the like to bypass PayPal altogether. Unfortunately, those who can't be trusted ruin it for the rest. |

Hey guys, I currently have a verizon contract, and I am soo sick of the phones that they offer.[snip..] What is it that you are looking for in a phone that you can't get from Verizon? I assume you want a WM "smartphone" and not a PPC, since that is the only thing I can think of that you can't get (unless the i600 is still available). The new Blackberry is not too bad if you want a non-touch screen model. But, alas, it's not Windows Mobile. You can still keep the faith for the Moto Q! |

I've had several different kinds of Samsung phones over the years and I find the regular phones are OK for battery life. With moderate use, maybe two days. My last two were a smaprtphone, Samsung i600, and a PPC phone, Samsung i730. Neither the i600, nor the i730, would make it an entire day with moderate use. I tend to use data a lot (about 150 - 200 Mb per month) and that really kills the battery quickly. |

Paul, Thanks. After a little reading on their Web site I see it states that activation codes are only good for one week. I need to request a new code for a new install. I requested one today--will see what happens. Thanks again for your offer. Update: They sent me a new activation code, very quickly, and all is well. |

First let me say that I like FairDeal. Now on to my story. I purchased Pocket Quicken for PPC via FairDeal. It took a couple of emails to get my registration code--late. First I received a code for Palm OS. I responded to that email and got a new code for PPC. I used that code and it worked. I later received another email telling me to use a third code!?! I did a hard reset the other day and now my PPC code does not work so I am using Pocket Quicken on a 30 day trial. I hope I can get this straightened out before the 30 days is up. I assume this is all due to sloppy handling by Landware and has nothing to do with MoDaCo, but be prepared if you buy something from them. |
