Any reason why he looks like a cross between Father Christmas, Keith from The Office and a Simpson's character? (shamefully posted from my iPhone, the browser is so good!) |

As someone that has used both the paid IMEI-Check unlocks and then the free XDA Dev's one for various devices over the years, I wasn't aware until last year that pof et al were actually cracking the IMEI-Check software for their own purposes. Accordingly what they are pushing out is nothing more than IP theft and should florin and his team wish to proceed with legal action against them they would appear to have a reasonably strong case. I for one will continue to use IMEI-Check for future unlocks, conscience clear that the guys that did the work are getting the financial rewards due. |

My Chinese is more than a little rusty but it's roughly the following: Buy a Glofiish series product and register online as a Glofiish member within the promotional period of May 1st - May 31st 2007 (the 96 is the Chinese year) and for one year you get: 1) Free upgrade to WM6 2) Free updates to latest firmware 3) Member only birthday gift 4) Discounts on purchases 5) Tech support for one year 6) Recommend one friend to buy a Glofish product within this year and both will recieve a mystery Glofish prize |

My vote just took it to 24 apiece - who'll be the one to tip the balance? Well it's now 26-24! It has to be grilled. I grew up near a pig farm in Wiltshire so I can't have anything other than proper thick cut Wiltshire bacon, grilled to the exact point where it turns crispy on the outside but is still juicy inside. Serve at least 3 rashers in between doorstops of wholemeal bread thickly buttered. It doesn't need ketchup, mayo, mustard, HP, nothing. If it does, you over cooked it. Consume while hot with a huge mug of tea. |

That sucks Have they actually suspended it with money in there then? P Yes, £833 of my money is sat in Paypal's account earning interest and I'm not looking at seeing any of it for about 3-4 weeks. They've even charged me £14 for a failed bank transfer when they cancelled it!! I've had to contact 7 eBay sellers to let them know I can't pay them - that was fun |

Need somewhere to let off steam and I can't update my blog for some reason at the moment. I need a bit of cash after splashing out for an Ameo so I decide to sell off a couple of things I'm not really using on eBay. I sell my Nikon DSLR and my M3100 and after the auctions finish I promptly get paid through Paypal. I send £400 back to my bank account and hop back on ebay to have a browse. Woohoo, shopping time! I need a new computer desk, buy it now, click, bought. Come to think of it, my chair is looking a bit tatty... you get the picture. Anyway, I racked up about £400 worth of bits. So I go to pay for my auctions all at once by Paypal (as eBay kindly let you do) and as I sign in I see: 'Accounts with limited access cannot send funds' WTF? Turns out they've suspended my account due to unusual and suspicious activity. So I call them and ask them what the f*ck the problem is and apparantly receiving £800 worth of payments is unusual activity. Can't really argue with that as I don't sell much on ebay. I do have a problem however with what they want me to do: 1) Verify my bank account by confirming sums of money deposited (5 working days) 2) Verify my address by them calling my home number. No problem, except that despite my number being in the phone book for the last f*cking 5 years, their database doesn't recognise it. So they have to send me a letter. How long will that take? 9 working days!! 3) Confirm my business details. I do run a business but my Paypal account is private so what the hell is that about? 4) Provide tracking details of the items to be sent. OK, but can they guarantee I will get my money when they're done pissing about? You bet you're arse they can't so I'm slightly reluctant to send them. 5) Provide invoices for the purchase of what I sold? I bought my M3100 from a guy in a tube station for cash 8 months ago!! When they have all this information they then have to 'review my case'. Review what? Whether I get to keep the money that is legally mine? F$%*$%* c$%£!!!! If anyone has been in a similar situation and has any advice I'd really appreciate it. Thanks Paul |
